AMHE Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") is the charitable (501(c)(3)) arm of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad (AMHE), incorporated under Illinois law (amhefoundation.org). Donations & financial records: Retained for at least 7 years to comply with IRS and nonprofit accounting regulations.
Contact and communication data: Retained until you unsubscribe, opt out, or request deletion.
Event participation records: Retained up to 3 years after the event unless ongoing involvement justifies longer storage.
Website analytics data: Typically retained for up to 26 months, unless aggregated or anonymized.

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
