AMHE Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") is the charitable (501(c)(3)) arm of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad (AMHE), incorporated under Illinois law (amhefoundation.org).   • Donations & financial records: Retained for at least 7 years to comply with IRS and nonprofit accounting regulations.

  • Contact and communication data: Retained until you unsubscribe, opt out, or request deletion.

  • Event participation records: Retained up to 3 years after the event unless ongoing involvement justifies longer storage.

  • Website analytics data: Typically retained for up to 26 months, unless aggregated or anonymized.

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement safeguards, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access. While we strive for protection, no system is completely immune from risk.
